The summer holiday is around the corner. During the month of July MPT Learning Centre will be open to support our grade 9-12 students who are doing summer school for one or more subjects July 2 – 31. To book your appointments contact us today!
Our Math Plus Junior and High School Prep programs will continue with a higher frequency to help new and existing students catch up on their missed curriculum and prepare for the high school expectations. These programs will run July 7 till August first, with sessions held between 10 am and 2 pm. As we have only a few team members working during the summer, we’ll accept students on a first come first served basis. Contact us today to sign up for Summer School 2025!

We are very excited to be featured on The Sarnia Journal regarding our Math Camp. “Math Plus Tutors is once again partnering with the Canadian Mathematical Society (CMS) to host its third annual MPT Math Camp — a weeklong summer program that aims to help children build confidence, have fun, and connect math to the world around them.
Running from July 28 to August 1 at the Math Plus Tutors Learning Centre on Mitton Street, the camp features two groups: Camp Alpha for Grades 1–3, and Camp Gamma for Grades 4–6. We truly believe that play can ignite creativity and enhance critical thinking skills. We are excited to announce our partnership with the Canadian Mathematical Society (CMS) for the third consecutive year to hold MPT Math Camp 2025. This camp offers a hands-on experience with mathematics, allowing children to see concepts come to life in everyday situations. Engaging in games and tackling challenges will provide their brains with a much-needed workout!
Two camp groups are available (Camp Alpha for grades 1-3 & Camp Gamma for grades 4-6). Registration is currently open for both Camps. A subsidy, of up to 100% coverage of the camp fees, is available for this camp. To apply for the subsidy, click here! Subsidy application deadline is May 31.

Our first Ramadan Can-struction BUILDING CONTEST will be held this Friday, March 28 between 4 and 6pm at our Learning Centre (108 Mitton St. S.). All children ages five to 12 are eligible to participate and win cool prizes for the first three projects! No registration required. Just bring along some non-perishable food items for the Inn of The Good Shephard and The Women’s Interval Home of sarnia-Lambton! We look forward to see you all on Friday.
Ramadan is the 9th month of the Islamic calendar observed by Muslims worldwide as a month of fasting, prayer, charity, and reflection. This Ramadan, we will be supporting the Sarnia Muslim Association’s Ramadan Food Drive to benefit The Inn of the Good Shepherd’s and the Women’s Interval Home. Non perishable Food and personal item donations may be dropped off at our Learning Centre from March 17 to 28th weekdays between the hours of 3-6PM.
